Vehicle Damage Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the risk of Agriscape LLC doing business as Agriscape Sod Service employees' loading your vehicle with a forklift.

While every effort will be taken by Agriscape Sod Service employees to load your vehicle in a safe and conscientious manner, you agree that Agriscape Sod Service accepts no liability or responsibility for damage to vehicles during transportation of the merchandise after leaving the store. This would include any damage to window, truck bed, tailgates, trailers, or any other vehicle damage.

By allowing us to load your vehicle or trailer, you are hereby releasing Agriscape Sod Service and any of its employees from liability for any damage related to the loading of merchandise in your vehicle

Customer assumes all of the risks of damage to his/her vehicle and assumes responsibility for transporting this merchandise safely.

Loading Liability Waiver

I have requested this procedure and have been advised of the risks. This damage could include but is not limited to damages to windows, truck beds, tailgates, trailers, etc. and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agriscape LLC doing business as Agriscape Sod and its affiliate for any and all damage that may be done.
